I have never really been a dog guy, the furry kitty has always been my animal let of choice. I personally like how after a long day in the professions that I am in, how they can just lay in your lap and bring peace. I have two “Remi” & “Leo” and let me tell you about these two.
”Remi” is solid black with the boldest gold eyes that will blare green in the night from a mile away. Fat and lazy and loves to eat. All he eats is you to pet him, sit down so he can curl up and sleep. HOWEVER when he is ready to go>>>> everyone better be ready b/c he will drive you nuts with meows etc. FORGET sleeping passed 6:30am on any day. This guy wants you up and the food and fresh water going asap.
”Leo” is a Garfield looking guy that wondered up to my house about a year ago. He was small, hungry but timid. After a few days of just hanging in the front yard he discovered his forever home and now is HUGE and very love-able and has taken his place in his forever home.
Just FYI these two are very protective as well. We sit outside in the mornings so they can see the birds, chase the squirrels and wish they could tackle a deer. They will not let anything close to me. Remi takes the left flank and Leo has the right flank and if I move they move.
I hope that when you read this and you are looking for a furry friend, consider adopting one. Remi come from the local shelter and Leo was sent to me from the kitty Gods for help. If you love them and treat them correctly it will fulfill your life with happiness!!!
