So today I read that the @NFL is considering adopting the @UFL 4 point FG rule. NO JUST NO!!!
Please for the love of everything holy in the world of sports can we please stop changing the game! In baseball we have pitch at hitter time clocks, catchers no longer using signs but a push button system that tells the pitcher what to throw in his ball cap. Gold considering what to do to speed up play, NASCAR with this stages malarkey.
The NFL needs to stick to what has made it a fall and winter classic of sports and that is running the football and then throwing it 30+ yards to try and get the first down etc. We as fans DO NOT need a 4 point play. I have even heard that basketball is considering a 4pt line. MADNESS!!!!
Two things about sports >>>>> 1. Just leave it alone and let the best win. 2. Keep politics put of the games or anything that has nothing to do with the games. We get enough of that political garbage with everything else in life.
If the @NFL did do this, would it not completely change Vegas gambling odds dramatically???? Time will tell….
