Let me just get this out of the way now that this blog might just piss some people off and I want it known that it will be just okay with me. Let’s kick this thing off with a few facts>>>> no one gave 3 rats a$$es about the WNBA until #22 Caitlyn Clark started dropping the pill from insane distances.
Now this lady that played basketball from her young youth brought IOWA Basketball to the very pinnacle of national attention. She has filled gyms at every away game, inspired young girls to take up the game. Now that she is in the WNBA she shows up to play the game she loves, not a fashion show like most do when they come to the arena. Most of them wearing shoes that they cannot even walk in, dressed like a Vegas Walker looking for a tip in compliments.
Now back to the point, these social media people have just fell of a dam cliff with ole #22. Look below
Sure did not take long to call the foul of RACE BAITING!!!! Listen this has nothing to do with race and it has everything to do with all the other ladies in the WNBA could not fill the stands, get the money or the merch like ole #22. This is called JEALOUSY not racism. If it was?? how come there has been WHITE lady players taking cheap shot at #22????? Yep>>>> you guessed it JEALOUSY 101.
Listen ladies of the WNBA you should be thankful that #22 saved your sport and show some class and try to beat her on the court every game with being competitive. However I personally hope that she drops the ole 3 ball in both eyes. Now #22 can show some more toughness and maybe fight back a little as well.
Lastly if I was #22 I would pack my bag, thanks my money and influence and go across the pond and play and be treated like a queen. After each win and cash of the check watch SportsCenter and see the little to no mention of the WNBA and the empty stands.
The only thing race that is a fact to close this blog is 64% of the WNBA is African American, 19% Caucasian which leaves 17% Asian, Latina etc. So 19 + 17 = 36 so lets cry race. Just play the game of basketball 🏀 and take the race baiting and shove it where the sun don’t shine.
