I wish just for one dam season we could have ZERO POLITICAL BS!!!! Sports is for the average person to escape from the world, the issues and just enjoy the passions of the teams he or she follows. BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO we have to have players inject their political beliefs in it.
I miss the days when a player made money from Miller Lite, deodorant brands, cigarettes or smokeless tobacco. That let us know what they like etc. ZERO POLITICS on and off the field. I personally have zero interest, passion or waste one sweet eye blink on a politician. I love sports and that is all I want to see and hear when I watch it.
Let’s take the last sports political disaster, NYC Giants QB and his teammates. Now, first let me say that everyone has the right to free speech and if you want to speak on issues go ahead. However, when you are the QB of the NYC Giants and a man that came from OLE PI$$ you might want to stick to throwing the pigskin. Now your mostly liberal players had to have a team meeting to get in on the drama. NYC just elected a socialist Mayor, every past politician that I can remember was a scumbag. The city is trash with rats as big as an Arkansas squirrel 🐿️. Sadly you walked into that one and now we will hear about it all year long from a bunch of players that live in mansions in communities that never see true “street life” JUST SHUT UP!!!
We as fans have endured messages on the fields, from the players etc. Just play the dam game with all your heart. If a reporter ask you a politically charges question >>>>> plead the 5th and tell them to bounce with that garbage. Give us fans the the game back!!!!! Stop all NATTY WINNERS from going to the White House as it is good for some and bad for others.
To sum this entire blog up, NO MORE POLITICAL GARBAGE>>>> true fans do not want to hear it.
