When I was younger I hated getting up early but let me tell you as you start getting older you want up earlier. I myself do not sleep much, maybe a little nap in the early evening to add however I like getting up at 5am now. It just seems that the hours of 5am to 7am is when the world has not woken up yet but not completely asleep.

The biggest advantage is outside, the birds are just starting, raccoons are finishing up their terror from the evening, deer getting that last of your yard grass before they disappear in the woods. If you have a cats or cats they are telling you it is time to get going and your neighbors dog decides to let a bark out two go. Now if you have the pleasure of having a rooster >>>>> bang it is time to get moving. The Rooster is a underrated animal, I like those dudes.

Life is so short and I think this is why I dislike sleep so much, to me it is like losing that time to see, smell, walk and just be up and alive. I am not saying that you do not need sleep but let’s not get carried away with it. That day is coming and it gets closer with every day. Get up, get moving and get everything out of your day and night.
