First let me state for legal purposes that this is my own plan and I DO NOT ask anyone to follow it.
Now that we have separated legal responsibility, lets begin wit the tactics!!!!
If I happen to be on a 4-lane and we have the slow driver to the right and the equally slow drive in the left lane as they drive side by side down the highway. I shall use the turning lane if able to pass both. Before I do I will have the tag numbers to both parties that caused said action to be put in action.
Now, two lane slow drivers if able I will pass on double yellow lines with clear sight only if no oncoming traffic. Once again I will have tag numbers of people that make me cause this action. Important here that these are for people that are driving 15MPH under the posted speed limit.
Now, if at anytime I get ticket(s) for the above actions. I have plan for that, I will pled NOT GUILTY at the initial court date. I will then get a trial date set. I will represent myself Pro se and have the people that I have the tag numbers subpoenaed to court as a witness. This is a legal command and mandatory appearance to appear. I have been in courtrooms for over 20 years, watched many attorneys and much Perry Mason. I know how to navigate the questions to circle the wagons.
Now there is a high chance that I will lose the case and have to pay the ticket(s) but the value of teaching the ones that caused the ticket initially will be fulfilling. I have begun putting back a few bands in the bank to start this study.
